Quick update on Future Noir

Hello there! I didn't know until now that I could write devlogs... :P

So, this is what has happened since the game demo was launched on December 4th:

-Unfortunately, the crowdfunding campaign for Future Noir didn't reach its goal.

-However, I found a workaround to this: do rev-share with the team members.

Since then, we have been working a lot on the game. I have been on holidays for the last 3 months, so I made a loooot of progress on the game.

-Using all the feedback I got from the players, I made a lot of changes to the game. You can check the gameplay video to see a bit of how the gameplay looks like now.

-I made many many changes to the player as you can see, I added a flamethrower and a shotgun, made some tweaking to the animations to make them smoother and also changed a lot the enemies.

-Michael, the English voice actor, has already started to work on the dialogues. The result is GREAT, and if everything goes well, Matías, the Spanish voice actor, should start working on them very soon.

-I made several changes to the audio system, the lighting, the programming of the game and a lot of the other things in order to improve the performance of the game on low-end PCs.

-I'm also thinking of contacting a publisher for the game when I have at least one fully finished level to show.

Well, that's most of what happened during these last months. Make sure to subscribe to the email list on my website: www.thetiernocompany.com to receive a monthly email with detailed updates about what's going on with Future Noir.

Many thanks for your time!

Guillermo.
